摘要
本文以自组织理论为基础,采用实证研究的方法,从实践出发,主要关注虚拟学习社区实践中存在的问题及问题解决的方式,并结合自组织理论的条件方法论、动力学方法论及演化途径方法论等来组织一种虚拟学习社区自组织治理的解释框架。
Based on the self - organizing theory, the paper adopts the method of case study,focuses on the problems which currently exist in Virtual Learning Community and provides relevant solutions. We make our efforts to research the practices, meantime, integrate the conditional methodology of, self-organizing theory's dynamics methodology and evolvements methodology to build a framework of "self- organizing management for Virtual Learning Community".
