基于层次分析法的民营企业跨国技术联盟选择

Choice for Transnational Management of the Private Enterprises based on the Analytic Hierarchy Method

我国民营企业规模小、技术含量低、竞争能力差,在跨国经营过程中必须进行技术创新,以培育民营企业的核心竞争力。而企业技术创新的方式有很多,它是由东道国的投资环境和企业自身能力来决定的,文章正是立足于此,采用层次分析法来量化民营企业技术创新的各种影响因素的权重,得出民营企业在跨国经营过程中必须采取技术联盟这种合作型技术创新方式。

The fact that the scale is small, the technical content is low, and the competitive ability is poor requires private enterprises in China to make technical innovation during the transnational management to cultivate the core competitive power. Based on the knowledge that enterprise technology innovation is decided by the investment environment of the host country and the enterprisers own ability, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy method to quantify the influence factor weight of technology innovation of private enterprises, and then draws a conclusion that technical alliance is the best way for private enterprises＇ transnational management.
