摘要
吐哈油田研究高砂比压裂技术,通过优化压裂施工参数提高施工水平;改进压裂液配方,提高压裂液性能;优选高强度的压裂支撑剂,提高裂缝导流能力;应用三维压裂设计软件,提高压裂设计的准确性。经现场应用,高砂比压裂较常规压裂效果平均单井增产70%,达到了预期增产目的,取得了良好的经济效益,同时为类似油藏的增产改造提供有益的借鉴。
High sand ratio fracture stimulation tech is studied in Tuha oilfield that to increase operation level, improve fractured fluid, advance fractured fluid performance, optimize excellent proppant and increase fluid diversion capability of crack by optimizing fracture parameters. By applying 3-D designing software, accuracy of fractured design is increased. By field application, the single well potential is up to 70% compared with before and gets to good economic profits and provides a beneficial reference for stimulation and treasure of similar reservoirs.
