颅内感染患儿脑脊液及血浆血栓素A_2与前列腺素水平变化

CHANGE OF TXA_2 AND PGI_2 IN CSF AND PLASMA OF CHILDREN WITH INTRACRANIAL INFECTION

采用放射免疫分析法测定了３６例颅内感染患儿脑脊液及２６例颅内感染患儿血浆血栓素Ｂ２（ＴＸＢ２）与６－酮－前列腺素（６－ＫＰ）水平，并作正常对照及动态观察，颅内感染患儿脑脊液及血浆ＴＸＢ２均有显著性升高，并随病情好转下降，６－ＫＰ亦有不同程度改变，研究结果提示脑脊液及血浆中ＴＸＢ２、６－ＫＰ水平能反映颅内感染时的病情变化。

CSF and plasma were taken from 36 and 26 children with intracranial infection respectively and the levels of TXB2 and 6-KP in which were measured by RIA.Compared with normal control and observed continuously,we found that the levels of TXB2 in CSF and plasma were significantly higher and decreased as the patient's condition took a favorable turn.The levels of 6-KP also changed in different degrees.These results indicated that the TXB2 and 6-KP levels in CSF and plasma were related to the severity of the disease of patients.
