保肾汤对慢性肾功能衰竭气阴两虚证早期干预的作用

The Function of Intervention in the Eldly Stage of BaoShenTang on the Deficionly of Qi and Yin in the Failure of Chronic Renal Function

目的:从临床研究角度探讨保肾汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的作用机理。方法:将46例CRF患者随机分为保肾汤治疗组26例和尿毒清对照组20例,均使用西药对症治疗,3个月为1个疗程,连续服用2个疗程。观察其疗效及对肾功能、血浆内皮素(ET-1)等指标的影响。结果:保肾汤改善患者临床症状总有效率达88.46%,优于对照组65.00%(P<0.05);明显改善中医证候表现(P<0.05);明显改善肾功能(P<0.05)。结论:保肾汤在辨证论治原则指导下,具有整体调节、多靶点阻断CRF病程进展,保护肾脏功能的作用,可提高患者生存质量。

To study and discuss the principle of chronic renal failure treated by BaoShenTang from the aspect of clinical research. Methods： 46 cases of chronic renal failure were divided by random into 2 groups the group of BaoShenTang and the group of NiaoDuQing. Both of groups were Treated by modern medicine at the same time, 3 months a period, 2 continuous periods in all. The treatment effect and the effect on the reanal function. ET-1 of plasma were observed. Results： BaoShenTang can improve evidently the clinical symelrones of patients. The ratio of effect was 88.46%, contrasted by NiaoDuQing： 65.00% （P〈0.05）; improve the TCM syndrones evidently; improve the renal function. Conclusions： Under the guide of principle of treatment based of differentiation of symptoms and sigus, BaoShenTang can regulate wholesomely; stop the pathogenic progress of chronic renal failure in multi-targets; protect the renal function; improve the symptoms, elevate the quality of patient＇ life. It was a effective prescription for the treatment of deficieucy of Qi and Yin of chronic renal failme.
