Industrial structure adjustment and promotion are important ways to achieve economy developing in undeveloped region. But for a variety of reasons, it is a complicated and long - term process. In this process, it will bring about some risks and will influence results of it. At present, to achieve economy developing, the west has to adjust the industrial structure of it.
