The official document management has many links. It＇s easy to make mistakes by hand and the efficiency is low. Through the development of official document management information system of the enterprise,this paper expounds the powers and the function of this system. It explains the reason to select the B/S model based on the three layer network architecture. It analyses the mechanism of lntraWeb and the advantage of Web application software through lntraWeb. It also intraduces the designing method of the Web application software based on lntraWeb. It adopts lntraWeb to design this system. Then,it realizes the official documents of enterprise can be managed by the network. It raises the efficiency and quality of the official document management.
