摘要
结合邢钢180m2、28m2烧结机的生产实践,从圆筒混合机加水方式、加水量、加水性质、制粒时间、填充率、混合机转速等方面对影响圆筒混合机制粒效果的因素进行了讨论,提出了改善圆筒混合机制粒效果的方法。
Combined with production of sintering machines of 180m^2 and 28m^2 in Xing Steel, the factors to affect the balling by drum mixer are discussed such as： water - adding method, water quantity, property of water, balling time, filling ratio, rotational speed of mixer, some methods to improve the effect of balling proposed.
