Textile auxiliaries are one field of the necessary chemicals for textile production. As the textile production moves from Europe and America to Southeast Asia these years, our country has become a big country of textile products and is struggling for raising the added values of the products. The research and development of new type auxiliaries have been more important. The market status of the world textile auxiliaries was summarized, and the development in our country in the last decades was retrospected on emphasizing their development orientations. The development target should be the environment-friend type, saving type and pioneering type ones. Detailed investigation was given on pointing out the products being and to be developed in and out of China as reference for the textile auxiliary enterprises in their development of new products.
