摘要
研究8102不同剂量和连续给药对大鼠急性铀中毒的促排效果。大鼠中毒硝酸铀酰(500μg/鼠)后给予不同剂量8102(0~100mg/kg),测定尿铀排出量及肾铀蓄积量。结果:大鼠肌肉注射8102及灌胃给予8102促排轴的最小有效剂量分别为5mg/kg和20mg/kg;8102连续给药与一次性给药相比未见尿铀排出量的显著增高和肾铀蓄积量的显著降低。8102是一个很有希望的铀促排螯合剂,值得进一步深入研究。
PURPOSE To investigate the efficacy of 8102 on removing Uranium from the poisoned rats when it is administrated at various doses and continually.METHODS After 8102 was administrated at various doses(0~100 mg/kg) to rats poisoned by 500 μg/ rat Uranyl Nitrate, we determine Uranium in urine and in kidneys. RESULTS The lowest effective dose of 8102 was 5 mg/kg when 8102 was administrated intramusoularly and 20 mg/kg when 8102 was administrated orally.Continuous adminstration of 8102 didn't markedly increase Uranium in urine and reduce Uranium in kidneys compared with single adminstration of 8102.CONCLUSIONS 8102 is a promising chelating agent for removal of Uranium and should be investigated further.
