糖尿病患者的血清脂蛋白（a）水平

LIPOPROTEIN(a)LEVELS IN IDDM PATIENTS

为研究胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＩＤＤＭ）和非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）患者中脂蛋白（ａ）［Ｌｐ（ａ）］水平的变化，选择１８例ＩＤＤＭ患者和７６例ＮＩＤＤＭ患者用酶联免疫法（ＥＬＩＳＡ）测定Ｌｐ（ａ），并用２０例非糖尿病作对照。结果：ＩＤＤＭ患者的Ｌｐ（ａ）水平与非糖尿病对照无明显差异，ＮＩＤＤＭ患者的Ｌｐ（ａ）水平仅有上升的趋势，而其中高胰岛素组患者的Ｌｐ（ａ）水平则明显升高。在两组糖尿病患者中，伴有微量蛋白尿者的Ｌｐ（ａ）水平明显高于无蛋白尿的糖尿病患者和非糖尿病对照者。提示胰岛素水平较高和早期肾脏病变的糖尿病患者可能有较高水平的Ｌｐ（ａ）。

PURPOSE To investigate the alteration of lipoprotein(a)levels both in IDDM and NIDDM patients. METHODS 18 cases of IDDM and 76 cases of NIDDM subjects were selected for the measurement of Lp(a),and also 20 non-diabetics as control at the same time.RESULTS It was suggested that no differences could be found among the IDDM,NIDDM and non-diabetic control group. Only did a tendency of elevation of Lp(a)level exist in NIDDM group.The marked increseing of Lp(a)level in NIDDM patients with high-insulin level might be an explanation of this phenomenon. While the Lp(a)level in micro-albuminuria groups were enhanced in both type of diabetes.CONCLUSIONS The Lp(a)level might increased indiabetic patients with high-insulin and early nephropathy.
