摘要
采用有机溶剂浸提技术对生姜提取姜油树脂的最佳工艺进行了探讨,结果表明,最佳溶剂为70%的乙醇,姜颗粒度为30目,浸泡时间为10h,料剂比为1:10,提取效果较好。
The new technology of applying organic solvent extraction method to extract ginger oleoresins from ginger was studied in this paper. The results showed the optimum conditions were： the optimal solvent was 70% alcohol, granularity of ginger was 30 mu, 10 hours dipping, and ratio of stuff to solvent was 1 ：10.
