摘要
提出了一种利用含亚铁废盐(或废液)连续中和氧化生产Mn-Zn铁氧体用高纯α-Fe2O3的方法,并分析了高纯Fe2O3中杂质元素Si、K、Na、Ca、(或Cl-)、Al、Pb等对Mn-Zn铁氧体性能的影响,指出原材料的合格品质是制成优质Mn-Zn铁氧体的先决条件。
A method is developed of continuosly neutralizing and oxidizing purity α-Fe2O3 for Mn-Zn ferrite using waste salt (or waste liquor) containing ferrous elements. A study is conducted for the effect of impure elements in high purity Fe2O3, such as Si,K, Na, SO_4(2-), Cl-, Al, Pb, on property of Mn-Zn ferrite. It is indicated that good quality of raw material is the promise for superior Mn-Zn ferrite manufacture.
