摘要
用锌离子吸附(ZIA)法、模拟电池放电实验、XRD技术研究从高品位低活性天然二氧化锰(NMD)制得的活化天然二氧化锰(ANMD)产品的比表面积、放电行为以及晶体结构等物理化学性能.实验结果表明,ANMD具有大的比表面积、高的放电活性,其晶型属于α-MnO2.与NMD相比,ANMD的比表面从NMD的8.9m2/g提高到60.1m2/g,放电容量在NH4Cl+ZnCl2介质中从NMD的14.0mA·h提高到23.2mA·h,在KOH介质中从NMD的16.0mA·h提高到29.1mA·h.ANMD的放电性能接近电解二氧化锰(EMD)的水平。
The present work is a part of an investigation on the preparation of activated natural manganese dioxide (ANMD) for Zn-MnO2 battery use from natural manganese dioxide ( NMD) with high MnO2 content and low activity. Some physicochemical performances of the product ANMD, such as crystalline, apparent area and battery discharging activity, are determined in this paper. Results show that, ANMD is α-MnO2, its discharging capacity is as good as that of EMD and 65.7% in NH4Cl-ZnCl2, 82% in KOH higher than that of NMD, and its apparent area is 60.1 m2·g(-1) but that of NMD is only 8.9 m2·g(-1).
