摘要
锰的入合金率是锰矿搭配按成分计算法的理论基础。锰矿品位和二氧化硅含量对锰的回收率影响较大。在终渣碱度１．３、氧化镁和氧化铝含量均为１０％的条件下，通过高温熔融还原实验，初步研究了锰的回收率ε与品位α的关系．当２４％≤α≤４８％时，ε＝０．１５１＋２．８０１·α－２．
The calculating method of manganese ore burdening in accordance with composition is based on the proportion of manganese in alloy.The effect of manganese ore grade and SiO2 content on the recovery of manganese is great. A study on the relations of manganese recovery and manganese ore grade has made by the experiment of fluxing reduction in high temperature, in terms of last slag basicity 1.3 and the content of magnesium dioxide and aluminium oxide both 10%.
