艾滋病合并巨细胞病毒感染11例临床分析 被引量：12

摘要 目的探讨艾滋病(AIDS)合并巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染的临床表现特点和治疗转归。方法收集292例住院的AIDS患者的临床资料,分析其中11例合并CMV感染病人的临床表现、CD4+T淋巴细胞、CMV PP65抗原特点和治疗转归。结果11例患者CD4+T淋巴细胞计数除1例在200/μl以上外,其余均小于100/μl,确诊CMV感染时均已合并其他机会性感染。临床表现为多脏器、多系统损害。结论AIDS合并巨细胞病毒感染,多发生于AIDS晚期,不及时治疗将导致严重并发症。建议怀疑AIDS病人发生巨细胞病毒感染时,尤其CD4+<50/μl时应检测CMV PP65抗原,而CMV-IgM和IgG抗体准确性差。
