瀑布沟水电站工程建设具有工程规模大、建设难度高、施工工期短等突出特点,要实现工程建设目标十分不易。为此,大力开展工程优化,以减少干扰因数、消除危险源、创造安全条件为前提;以加快前期工程建设、改善施工环境、创造文明氛围为基础;以工程技术和管理两手抓,为实现“安全、文明、优质、创新”建设目标发挥了积极作用,也取得了明显的综合效益。

It is very difficult to achieve construction objectives for Pubugou hydropower project due to its large size,highly complex problems and short construction period.Hence,project design optimization must be predicated on reduction of disturbance,elimination of danger sources,formation of safe conditions,based on acceleration of early stage construction,improvement of construction environment,formation of civilized atmosphere.Engineering and management are paid attention.The project optimization plays an important role in achieving development objectives of 'safety,civilization,qualification and innovation' and results in significant overall benefits.
