目前我国水电建设领域不论从建设管理方面还是勘察设计、施工以及建设监理等方面都存在一些需改进和完善的地方,有些方面的问题也相当严重。结合我国国情,借鉴国际上成熟的工程建设管理经验,在实践中不断研究,不断创新,不断总结和提高,才能使我们的水电开发建设走上健康发展的道路。

Some Problems in the fields of hydroelectricity construction at present in our country,whether in construction management or in prospective design,construction and supervision,are required to be improved on and perfected,since some of them even quite serious.The hydroelectric development in our country could be going on normally and perfectly only drawing lessons from international well-rounded experiences of engineering construction management in terms of the practical situation of our country,and keeping at study,innovation,generalizing experience and improved in practice.
