Measurement of TBT and Its Impact on China's Import

摘要本文就技术性贸易壁垒对中国进口贸易的影响进行了经验研究。利用海关协调制度4位数和2位数税号产品的细分数据,以频数比率和进口覆盖率为量化指标,计算了中国包括技术性贸易壁垒在内的各类进口监管措施的保护水平,在此基础上测定技术性贸易壁垒对中国进口贸易的限制效应。 This paper is an empirical study of the impact of China's technical barriers on trade.Based on an intro- duction of measurement of non-tariff barriers,a series of frequency ratio and import coverage ratio are calculat- ed to characterize and quantify of China's technical barriers to trade and to estimate their relevant impact Chi- na's imports by econometric models.
