提出一种利用计算机对组织的质量管理体系进行实时定量评价的方法。首先将组织的质量管理体系分解为过程,然后将过程分解为活动。对组织的质量管理体系进行评价首先是对活动的评价,根据活动的评价结果得出过程的评价结果,根据过程的评价结果得出整个质量管理体系的评价结果。

Puts forward a real-time and exact evaluation method with the computer. At first, divides the QMS into processes; then divides the process into actions. When evaluation the efficiency of QMS,first on the actions. Then according the result of the actions comes out the result of the process. According the result of the process comes out the result of the whole QMS system.
