摘要 介绍一种新型的ELID磨削用直流稳压电解电源的设计,采用脉宽调制(PWM)开关电源技术和降压型主回路结构,实现电压输出稳定且连续可调。电源的结构简单、体积小、成本低、操作方便、性能稳定可靠,适于车间加工现场使用,实现了ELID磨削技术产品化,可在实际生产中推广应用。 Introduces a new design of DC stabilized voltage power supply which can be used for the research of ELID grinding. PWM( Pulse-Width Modulation)technology and buck switching regulator topology are applied to the design to make the output voltage stabilized which can also be modulated in a wide range. The power supply has a simple composing which makes it small in size and cost less. And the power supply's reliable performance makes it more suitable to the complex processing situations of manufactory. This new type of electrolysis power supply is very propitious to the applications of ELID grinding technology in the field of manufacture.
