摘要
液压蓄能修井机调速系统主要由平面连杆机构、先导阀、差动油缸组成,对其平面连杆机构的运动进行分析与设计,并给出设计中注意事项。现场应用表明,该系统节流调速性能好,操作方便,动态响应快。
In the equipment of hydraulic energy-storing workover rig, the speed servo consists mostly of plane-linker, pilot valve and differential cylinder. Analyses the movement of plane-linker,provides with design and considerations. The application of the equipment demonstrates that the features of the speed servo are easily operating, highly performance and rapidly dynamic responding.
