合理确定锤式破碎机锤头碰撞中心的位置,可以在不增加任何成本的前提下,达到减小销轴等相关零部件碰撞载荷,延长使用寿命及降低能耗的目的。文中求证的公式和结论为锤式破碎机的强度设计和优化设计提供了重要的理论依据。
The reasonable colliding center of the hammerhead in the hammer crusher could lead to decreasing the impact load on the parts related to the hammerhead such as the pin roll etc., lengthening the employment lifespan and reducing the energy consumption without increasing any cost. Verified formula and conclusion in the paper offers important theoretical reference for the strength design and optimization design for the hammer crusher.
