摘要
从结构优化角度来看,肋板材料的布置与多元函数优化本质是相同的,即满足机械性能要求的前提下,取得肋板的最优配置。以振动筛筛帮的优化配置为例,将筛板整体最高等效应力视为位置的函数,分别研究筛帮肋板配置的优化方法,最后获得了良好的结果。
Considering the structure optimization,the arrangement of the bracket material is the same as the optimization to the multiple function on the inbeing, that is, the optimal configuration to the bracket could be achieved on condition that the machinery properties is satisfied. The optimal configuration to the edge of the vibration screen serving as the example, the paper takes the upmost equivalent stress of the siev- ing plate as the function of the location, respectively studies the opti- mization method for configurating the bracket on the edge, finally, acquires the better results.
