摘要
用群论分析方法,将影响滚动轴承噪声的参数分为几何参数群、材料参数群、力学参数群、运动学参数群、动力学参数群、摩擦学参数群与声特性参数群。影响滚动轴承声特性的参数超过50多个。用试验的方法分析轴承摩擦声特性而认识其全部规律是十分困难的,有必要建立其力学-声学模型来分析,再用实验的方法对理论的主要结果进行验证。
The factors that influence the acoustic characters of rolling bearings were classified with the group theory as geometry group, material parameters group, mechanics parameters group, kinematics group, dynamics group, tribology group and acoustics parameters group. According rough analysis, those factors are more than 50. Hence, the attempts to reveal the fundamental relations between acoustics characters and other parameters of above groups are very difficuh, it is necessary to establish the mechanics-acoustics model for rolling bearings, and then uses experimental investigations to confirm the major theoretical conclusions.
