摘要
介绍了在普通的光学显微镜下,对物体表面进行测量的方法。主要介绍了三维重构硬件组成和三维重构原理,并以球形磨粒为例进行三维信息的采集和重构,最后对重构的图像的漏洞进行补救,得到效果比较好的磨粒三维图形。
The measurement method of wear-debris'surface morphology under the normal microscope was presented.The composing of hardware and the principle of 3D-rebuilding were introduced,3D information of round wear-debris was collected and rebuih. The hole of the rebuih image was repaired, and better 3-D image of wear-debris was gained.
