摘要
在油液监测的综合诊断方法中,诊断判据划分为理化检测项目的定量诊断判据和磨粒图库的定性诊断判据。在大量的油液监测数据和故障诊断案例的基础上,对传统的诊断判据界限值计算公式进行了修正,开发了相应的诊断判据计算和磨粒图库管理软件,研究制定了电力、钢铁、港口等10多个行业的30多种重大机电设备的油液监测诊断判据,并在油液监测的市场服务过程中取得了明显效果。
Diagnosis judgement comprises quantitative judgement of detecting items of physicochemical properties and qualitative judgement of debris images in the methods of synthetic diagnosis in oil analysis. Based on large numbers of data of oil analysis and cases of fault diagnosis, conventional computing formula of threshold of diagnosis judgement was improved, softwares for computing diagnosis judgement and managing debris atlas were developed. The diagnosis judgements of oil analysis were put forward for more than 30 kinds grand electromechanical equipments in more than 10 industries including power, steel industry, harbor machinery etc.
