摘要
炼钢厂连铸机大包回转台轴承是典型的大型低速重载回转设备,由于常规的振动传感器很难拾取如此低频的信号致使振动分析无法进行,因此利用润滑脂的光谱和铁谱分析方法对其进行状态监测。在此研究过程中,开发出新的润滑脂专用溶剂。研究结果表明,利用润滑脂的光谱和铁谱分析技术来评价该类型低速重载轴承磨损状态是可行的,1#连铸机大包回转台轴承的使用寿命延长到了14年。
Rotary bearing of ladle turret in continuous casting machine is characterized by low speed, heavy load and large dimension normal vibration analysis can not be performed on it because of the limitation of their sensors in signal-collecting for the low rotary frequencies of the bearing. Spectroscopy and ferrography of used grease was applied to monitor its wear condition and special solvents for the grease were developed during the analysis process. According to the analytical results,the service life of the ladle turret bearing in No. 1 continuous casting machine was extended to 14 years long and significant expense was saved, which proves that it is feasible for grease analysis to be used in the condition monitoring of lowspeed and heavily loaded roiling element bearing,especially those deferrable bearings.
