摘要 食糜的采集是离体法测定代谢能值的方法中影响其代表性的主要因素。为此,本研究以鸭为禽类代表动物,设计了可连续采集空肠食糜的套管及具有保鲜功能的食糜样本瓶,在可操作性方面取得了满意的结果。 Collection of digesta is the main factor influencing energy content of feedstuffs estimated with in vitro method. collecting jejunal digesta, duck.
