反渗透后续化学除盐系统的优化 被引量:6

摘要 根据多年来的工程实践经验,提出了一级反渗透装置后续“两级混床”实际使用中存在的问题,并通过不同水源,从理论上计算后证明,全新的“阴床+混床”作为一级反渗透装置后续化学除盐工艺,相比以往常用及传统的反渗透装置后续化学除盐工艺,具有最低的设备投资,最少的酸碱耗量及废水排放量;其适用水质范围之广,是反渗透装置后续“两级混床”工艺所不能相比拟的。 Based on the experience fi'om project implementation for some years, the present authors put forward the existing problem of one stage reverse osmosis followed by "two mixed bed in series". Through theoretical calculation for the application in various water sources, the new system of one stage reverse osmosis followed by "anion plus mixed bed" is proved to be more advanced for pure water preparation than traditional technique with post treatment with one stage reverse osmosis in terms of cost for equipment investment, acidic and caustic volume, and volume of waste water drainage. Thus, in comparing with" two mixed bed in series", the new system can be applicable to a wider range of water resources.
