丹红注射液中总黄酮的含量测定

Determination of flavonoids in Danhong injection by spectrophtometric method

目的:测定丹红注射液中的红花总黄酮含量。方法:采用分光光度法测定。结果:平均回收率为100.16%,RSD为0.77%,3批样品中红花总黄酮的含量分别为2.36,2.30,2.32g.L-1。结论:本方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

OBJECTIVE To determine of flavonoids in the Danhong injection. METHODS the samples were determined by spectrophotometric method. RESULTS Average recovery was 100. 16%, RSD = 0.77%. The contents of the flavonoids of samples are 2.36,2.30,2.32 g·L^-1 respectively. CONCLUSION The quality control method is simple, accurate and can be used for quality control of Danhong injection.
