摘要
用免疫组织化学ABC法,对扬子鳄胃壁内生长抑素免疫反应(SS-IR)纤维和细胞进行了定性和定位分析。结果显示:SS-IR纤维大体呈两种类型:即少量的细长神经纤维和较多的膨体状神经纤维,主要分布在固有层、肌层及小血管周围。在腺上皮和肌层中可见单个散在分布的SS-IR阳性细胞,胞体大小不等,形态不一。提示:作为低等脊椎动物两栖爬行类──扬子鳄,其内脏中也存在有与高等脊椎动物内脏相同的特异性抗原。
The localization of SS-IR nerve fibers and cells in the stomach of alligator sinensis was studied by using the immunohistochemical ABC method.The results showed that the positively immunoreactive SS nerves and cells were mainly distributed in smooth muscle slayers and surrounding the small blood vessels and gastric glands.This suggests that internal organs in the low forms of vertebrate contains the same specific antigen as that in the high forms of vertebrate.
