摘要
对２０例胃癌患者外周血及癌组织局部单个核细胞进行配对免疫细胞化学研究。结果发现：①胃癌患者外周血ＭＮＣ亚群和正常人比ｌｅｕ１＋细胞，ｌｅｕ３ａ＋／ｌｅｕ２ａ＋明显低下，ｌｅｕ２ａ＋细胞增高；②外周血和癌周间质ＭＮＣ亚群的改变基本一致。
An immunocytochemical study on the mononuclear cells(MNC)subets in stroma of gastric carcinoma and in the peripheral blood of 20 patients were analyzed in pairs.The results showed:(1)a significant reduction of leul cells and leu3a+/leu2a+ ratio,increase of leu2a+ cells in peripheral blood of 20 cases compared with normal persons.(2)the percentage of MNC subsets in blood are basically coincident with that of peritumor stroma.
