摘要
应用电力系统稳定器(PSS)抑制区域间低频振荡模式时,常需要广域信息作为反馈信号。由于广域信息传输距离长,传输的时间延迟不可忽略。较大的时延对PSS的性能有很大的影响。文章应用能控性及能观性指标确定PSS控制回路,采用进化策略整定PSS参数。为了有效地分析时延对闭环系统性能的影响,文章应用Pade逼近法近似时延项e-Sτ,并把时延表示为状态空间形式,从而可以分析该时延对系统的影响。以4机系统为例进行了非线性仿真,说明了方法的有效性。
Damping of low frequency inter-area oscillations using Power System Stabilizer (PSS) may require remote signals. In this case, time delays are associated with the signal transmission. Long delays may be detrimental to the performance of PSS. In this paper, PSS loops are chosen according to the controllability and observability and PSS parameters are coordinated by means of evolutionary strategy. Pade approximation is used to approximate and written in the form of state space, by which the impact of time delays can be gauged by regular approach. The method has been applied on a 4-machine test system and the simulation results verify the validity.
