摘要
用人的A、B、O、AB型血和兔、鸡、蛙的共7种血细胞检测4种软体动物凝集素粗制品的凝集活性。结果表明,除缢蛏对人AB型血红细胞,毛蚶对人B型血红细胞不表现凝集活性之外,不同来源的凝集素粗提物对供试血红细胞均有良好的凝集性能。兔血红细胞对各类凝集素最敏感。大多凝集素的pH适应性较广泛。不同凝集素热稳定性不同,缢蛏、毛蚶耐热性较好,80℃处理10min仍能凝集兔血红细胞。不同的糖、金属离子对凝集活性的影响不同,0·02mol/LEDTA可抑制全部凝集素的生物活性。
The hemagglutinating activity of crude lectins from 4 species of mollusks was detected by using 7 native erythrocytes of vertebrates, e.g. rabbit, chicken, frog and human A, B, O, AB blood groups. The result showed that lectins had hemagglutination to all kinds of erythrocytes except that lectins from Sinonovacula constricta and Scapharca subcrenata did not express activity on human AB and B blood groups, respectively. Rabbit red blood cells were most sensitive to lectins. The pH values were relatively abroad for most lectins as fit action conditions, with the range being 4-10. Lectins manifested different tolerance to heat treatment, among which Lectins from Sinonovacula constricta and Scapharca subcrenata had fairly good heat resistance and could tolerate for 10min at 80℃. Different saccharides and metal ions had different effects on Hemagglutination. Hemagglutinating activity could be inhibited by 0. 02mol/L EDTA.
