The Difficulties and Strategies of the Export of Chinese Horticultural Products

摘要 中国园林产品出口特点是增长稳定,出口量小,出口总量的75%以上集中在日本、荷兰、美国、韩国、中国香港;园林出口量与园林产业土地投入比严重偏低。中国应该从推动园林行业的标准化体系建设、合理地进行园林产业规划、充分发挥园林行业协会的作用、增加园林科研的投入并改革科研机制、调整园林产品结构、开拓多元化的国际市场、加大知识产权保护力度、提倡技术创新、加强园林出口贸易环境的建设等多方面来提高中国园林产品的国际竞争力,促进中国园林产品的出口。 The export of Chinese horticultural products grows steadily but the total quantity is small, of which 75% is exported to Japan, the Netherlands, USA, South Korea and Hong Kong The ratio of the export to the input is severely low. The strategies to improve the horliculturol products export are discussed. It is proposed that China should push forward the standardization system construdion of the landscape industry, make proper industrial planning, bring into full play of the trade associations" fundion, and enlarge the research input and reform the research mechanism, and should also adjust the produd strudure, open up diversified international markets, emphasize the intellectual property protection, advocate technological innovation, and improve the export environment to enhance the intemational competitiveness.
