树突状细胞在系统性红斑狼疮免疫发病中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SEE)是一种以机体内广泛的免疫异常和多器官功能损伤为特征的自身免疫性疾病,其临床表现多种多样,病情往往呈缓解和恶化交替进行。自身抗体形成和免疫复合物沉积所致的组织损伤是该病的特点之一。其中。大多数的自身抗体是针对DNA和核小体的,这是SEE的一大免疫学特征,由此提出一种假说:抗原递呈细胞(APC)对凋亡细胞不恰当的处理导致了SEE的发生。而树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)是一类最有效的APC,无论在体内外它都可以激活未致敏T淋巴细胞。更重要的是,DC能高效地摄取、处理内源性和外源性抗原肽,并递呈给T淋巴细胞.因此DC可能在SEE发病中有重要的作用。本文就近几年来的研究进展作一综述。
