城市社区改造,或者说社区更新是城市发展中一个不可或缺的过程。社区改造反映出的问题复杂多样,不仅涉及城市规划学,还包括社会人文、地理、经济、政治等等,具有内涵深刻,外延广泛的特点,是目前城市规划学科以及相关学科研究的重要课题之一。本文以广州市具有两种典型特征的社区改造(整治规划)为案例,分析研究社区改造的一些典型问题,并提出对策与解决方案,以供参考。

The Community Regeneration, which the problem reflected is so complex in, not only Urban plan but also it is in Humanities, Geography, Economics and Politics etc, is a important project in Urban Plan and any other interrelated subjects. According to the planning of two communities which are so typical in Guang Zhou, the thesis analyses and explores the characteristics about The Community Regeneration.
