摘要
智能化诊断是现代设备故障诊断技术发展的主要趋势,人工神经网络技术的发展为这种智能化提供了一个全新的途径。本文在分析研究模式识别方法和BP,ART神经网络的基础上提出了基于神经网络的自适应故障模式的分类方法,并将其应用到真实轴承故障诊断中。实验表明:该方法有较好的诊断效果。
The intelligent diagnosis technology is a tendency toward the machinery diagnosis techonolgy.The development of neural networks gives a new idea of the intelligent dignostics.This paper presented the adaptive failure pattern identification method based on studying and analyzing pattern recognition method and BP, ART neural networks.The method is applied to the real failure pattern recognition, and the result indicates that this method fits satifactorily.
