摘要
试验测定了几种发热剂对钢水升温处理时的升温幅度和升温速度；分析了不同发热剂种类和发热剂加入量对钢水升温处理效果的影响；根据试验结果和化学加热法的特点对硅系合金作非铝发热剂进行了评价．
The width and the rate of raising temperature when adjusting the temperatu re of molten steel with some kinds of exothermic agents were abtained by experiment,and the effects on raising temperature by various kinds and various weight of exothermic agents were analysed.On the basis of experimenttal results and the characteristics of ladle chemical heating,Silicon series ferroalloys are recommanded to be Non-Al exothermic agents.
