摘要
电解二氧化锰(EMD)采用铝梁封闭式钛阳极来替代铁铜钛联接式传统阳极,能显著降低电解二氧化锰产品的铁含量;槽电压下降03V有明显的节电效果;可减轻清理和组装阳极的繁重劳动。
An enclosed Ti anode on Al beam is used to replace traditional connected Fe Cu Tianode in electrolysis of manganese dioxide, which can significantly reduce Fe content of the electrolytic MnO 2 product, lower the cell pressure by 0 3V with a considerable power saving so as to lighter burdens of the workmen in terms of cleaning and assembly of the anode and to result in great economic and social benefits.
