Education of Starting Business and Employment of College Graduates

大学生就业难是当前高等教育发展所面临的重要问题。大学生就业受到多种因素的制约,大学生的择业观、择业心理、就业能力、敬业精神以及就业的社会现状等诸多因素都将对大学生就业产生重要影响。高等学校的生存与发展,一定程度上依赖于大学生就业率的提高。因此,高等学校要解决大学生就业难的问题,就必须积极开展创业教育,树立创新的教育理念,开设创业教育课程,培养大学生形成完整的创业知识结构,拓宽大学生就业的思路,培养大学生自主创业的意识,使其积累创业经验和提高职业的创业能力,从而促进大学生就业竞争力的提高。

The increasing pressure of getting a job is a serious problem that each and every college graduate has to lace in the development of higher education. In this respect there are several constraining factors for a graduate, such as how one think of one＇ s carrier or first job and the mentality at that time, one＇ s competence in the carrier or job desired, the spirit of commitment to one＇s job and the relevant circumstances of employment. All the factors will affect greatly one＇s employment. On the other hand, the development of higher education depends on the accession rate of employment of college graduates. So, it is suggested that in college/university the education of starting business should be given to all students as a course so as to enable them to have a new idea of employment especially starting business by one＇ s better self. The aim is to enhance graduates＇ competence in employment.
