摘要
通过研究金属基摩擦制动材料的粉末冶金制造工艺和原材料组成对刹车摩擦磨损性能及导热、耐热性能的影响,筛选出能满足某种进口飞机使用要求的材料组成及其制造工艺。经地面惯性动力模拟试验鉴定,所研制的摩擦材料刹车性能优于进口刹车材料,刹车力矩曲线平稳,重现性好,可替代进口。因此可以满足进口高速高负荷飞机的使用要求。
With the aeronautical friction material to be able to meet the employed needs for some kind of imported aeroplane from abroad,its constituents and manufacturing process have been selected, by means of researching on the effects of P/M process of metal-base friction-braking material and also the composition of its raw and processed materials, upon braking friction performance, wear capacity, heat-conducting and resisting properties. The simulating test of ground-inertial dynamics has identified that the braking performance of the developed friction material is superior to that of original imported braking material, its braking moment curve being smooth and steady,its reproducibility being nice,and therefore,instead of the import ,it can satisfy the application demands for the aeroplane from abroad with a high speed and heavy load.
