摘要
探讨了ICU的组织管理模式,分析了专科ICU与综合ICU的不同;论述了ICU的规模和建制;ICU医护人员的教育和培养;合理使用医疗资源,准确评估转入ICU的病人标准以及控制ICU院内感染等问题,指出床位数以8~10张为宜,ICU的医护人员应具备健康的身体、能适应紧张的工作,有较高的业务素质、较强的责任感和无私奉献的精神。
The article discussed the organization and management model of ICU and differentiated the special ICU and general ICU, Several topics such as the ICU's size, ICU staff training, intelligent use medical resource, admittance criteria and control criteria of ICU patient, ICU infection controlling were discussed, The author also gave some suggestions on ICU size and staff, such as the best beds was 8-10, the ICU staff should have good fit, strong responsibilities, good competence and selfless devotion.
