加强党的先进性建设与构建和谐医患关系是目前各级医院管理者研究的重大课题,笔者运用辨证唯物主义的观点,揭示两者的内在联系,并结合医院在开展先进性建设中的具体实践与切身体会,提出医院要在加强党的先进性建设中,促进医患关系的和谐发展。

Strengthen Communist Party＇s advancement construction and building the harmonious hospital and patient relation were the key topics to hospital management researchers in the current days. With the view of dialectical materialism, the inherent relation about them was revealed. Allied with the experience of advancement construction in the hospital, strengthen Communist Party＇ s advancement construction to promote harmonious relations between hospital and patient was required.
