境外油气工程技术服务项目的运行大多涉及到国内国外两个管理系统的统筹运作,在两个完全不同的管理体制下做好项目就要运用新的运作模式。以甲方为主导的一体化管理模式是境外项目运作的主要方式之一。在执行工程项目合同时必须始终把握以甲方为主导,严格履行国际惯例和所签合同的条款,保证项目的实施。

The mode with Side A as the dominant is the main operation mode at abroad.
