摘要
本文运用体育心理学的有关知识,简要分析了体育教学中产生心理障碍的原因,提出了治疗心理障碍的方法,对提高体育教学质量具有一定的指导作用。
Through using the relevant knowledge of sport psychology, this paper briefly analyzed the reason that causing the mental obstacle in physical education teaching, put forwarded the method of treatment on it. Theresult showed that it had certain guidance on improving the quality of physical education teaching.
