摘要
教学监控能力是当代新型教师应具有的核心素质。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,运用教学监控理论,探讨了体育运动学校体育专业教师教学监控能力。结果表明:体育专业教师教学的前期计划与准备工作较好,而教学后的调节、控制和课后反省较差,总体教学监控能力偏低;在成败归因的各个因素中,努力归因对体育运动学校体育专业教师教学监控能力的影响较为显著;认知的各个因素对教师教学监控能力均有非常显著的影响。
Teaching monitoring ability is the core quality of modem teachers. Through using themethod of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and monitoring theory, this paper discussed the monitoring ability of sport teachers in sport schools. The result showed that the preparation and preliminary plan was good, but the adjustment, control and self-examination after class was poor. In the factors of winning and losing, self-conception played great effect on monitoring ability. The cognition factors had significant influence on monitoring ability of class education.
