摘要
近年来游泳运动飞速发展,出现了竞技游泳运动员出成绩的年龄越来越小的现象。由于开始学习游泳的年龄越来越小,而国内在幼儿游泳研究与国外相比起步较晚,研究内容也较少。本文针对幼儿容易出现恐水怕水心理和注意力不集中这一年龄特点,提出了在幼儿游泳教学初期中应该采用何种有效的辅助手段,摆脱枯燥乏味的学习方法,来加快幼儿对水性的熟悉和对游泳情趣。
With rapidly development of swimming movement in recent years, the age of competitive swimmers become much younger when achieving their best performance, As the beginning on swimruing teaching at very young age, the research on infant swimming was a big problem comparing with foreign countries. This paper put forwarded the effective auxiliary method in infant early swimruing teaching based on their mental characteristics of hydrophobia and fearful water which easily appear, got rid of tedious learning method and accelerated the process of familiarity and interesting on water.
