People＇s thought of development in an all-round way is the Marxism important component. To realize the development in an all-round way is an untiring important goal which Marxist and political party pursue. It is Marxist supreme personality ideal and value goal too. The important thought of ＂Three Represents＂ has summarized the new demand that the party and country work systematically. ＂Three Represents＂ and Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory are scientific systems of coming down in a continuous line. To realize everybody＇s value goal as communism of development in an all-round way of freedom is an important content of this system.
